What do you think of this quote? How does this apply to writing?

In thinking about this quote in relation to how I write and learn I think that it’s very true that the more I write, the better I get (I still have so far to go, though) and the easier it becomes. In order to write well, I do think that you must write often. After a while, you learn to find your voice and you figure out what works best for you.
